Return and Refund Policy for Bluetooth Headsets

1. Overview

We strive to provide high-quality Bluetooth headsets and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process straightforward and transparent.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if your product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for returns or refunds.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your Bluetooth headset arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photos or videos of the defect/damage to process your claim.

Eligible cases include:

  • Faulty connectivity or pairing issues
  • Non-functional buttons or microphone
  • Battery or charging problems
  • Physical damage during shipping

In such cases, we will provide:

  • Replacement of the defective unit, or
  • Full refund including shipping charges (if replacement is not feasible)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Important: Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges for returns due to reasons other than defects are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for defective or incorrect products.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
